Gourmet Privileges is designed to offer Celebrity's Sea & Stay^SM guests the opportunity to dine in a Gourmet - recommended restaurant in select cities preceding or following their cruise. Gourmet Privileges will offer guests such experiences as a complimentary bottle of champagne, the chef's tasting menu or a guided tour of the kitchen, for example, as part of their total dining experience.

Celebrity Cruises and Gourmet magazine have created Gourmet Valet to provide on-board guests with the opportunity to make reservations at select restaurants in certain ports of call. Each restaurant has been reviewed or highly recommended by Gourmet magazine. The designated restaurants have reserved a limited number of tables on behalf of Celebrity Cruises. Guests should visit the Shore Excursion Desk soon after boarding to make arrangements. A nominal service fee will apply.

Midnight Buffets

Elaborate buffets featuring exquisite handmade ice carvings and vast arrays of cuisine with such culinary themes as Tex-Mex, Italian, Caribbean Tropical and French ("Le Grand Buffet").

Gourmet Bites

As an option to the midnight buffet, waiters carry trays of specialty gourmet dishes throughout the ship from 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM (offered three evenings on a 7-night cruise). Sample Bites include vegetable and fish tempura, chimichanga, salmon and vegetable wraps, roasted vegetable pizza with wild mushrooms and fennel, and California and vegetable rolls, along with a cavery of Midwestern spiced turkey breast and roast garlic lemon chicken. Assortments of desserts include strawberry cheesecake, brownies and American apple pie.

Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you of the specific menu for your sailing. However, the Culinary Features are: Elegant Tea, Gourmet Bites, Midnight Buffets, Complimentary Room Service, and Gourmet Pizza Delivery Service. Also, we have special menus such as Lean and Light, Vegetarian, Pacific Northwest Specialties, Children Menus and Diabetic, Low-Sodium, Low-Fat, Low-Cholesterol, Lactose-Free and Kosher.
